Simon Hart BA Dip Arch

Commercial Director

Having trained as an architect, Simon has been involved in development and implementation of advanced design and project collaboration technology for over 10 years. Prior to ePIN, he was head of development at CIMI Technology Transfer Centre, University of Nottingham, working on the development of 3-D virtual reality modelling, collaborative design procedures and data management systems for use across a broad spectrum of construction industry sectors. Simon is co-founder of ePIN

Robin Shipston BEng (Hons)

Operations Director

Robin started his career in structural and civil engineering, where he spent 13 years working on a wide range of construction projects. Having moved into software development, Robin has gained substantial expertise in the design and implementation of intranet and extranet applications for construction and property development. His engineering degree was gained at Loughborough University where he researched the application of IT to communication in the construction industry. Robin is co-founder of ePIN.

Ian Hook BSc Civ Eng (Hons) MBA

Business Development Director

Ian trained as a civil engineer, working for 8 years in contracting and consultancy. Following completion of an MBA at Warwick University, he spent 15 years in automotive and technology sectors in a variety of senior supply chain, production and commercial roles, before joining ePIN in 2005.

Oliver Gurnell BSc (Hons)

System Development Director

Since graduation from the University of Hertfordshire, Oliver has 10 years of experience in systems development within the insurance, banking, media and recruitment industries, working for organisations such as AXA, Nationwide, Sony, HSBC and AMP. His ideas, breadth of experience and appreciation of leading-edge software technologies is invaluable to a team that prides itself on delivering innovative, practical software solutions to business problems.
